When a Commissioner who was either paid off or part of the scheme or absolutely ignorant to give possession of a $20M home to a defined benefit plan and a suspended LLC. We will prosecute her too. She is named Julia Synder of Ventura County Superior Court (or just absolutley ignorant to grant summary possesion (meaning based on no evidence) of our home to the criminals trying to steal it, without making them prove that they had any ownership interest and or title.

In fact going so far as to say that title can not be adjudicated in an unlawful detainer action! Becasue it is a prerequisite that one hold duly perfected title before bringing an action to evict someone who is "unlawfully" detaining your real property (a house or land) or personal property (clothing, furniture, car etc). Now they are trying to gain title by adverse possesion or saying that they would not have been able to get possesion if they didn't have title? And of course the answer is that USUALLY a UD is what a landlord uses to get their property back from a tenant who is not paying the lease. Besides that they stole from us (pretended to be a lender when they didn't and don't have a lender's license. They have been paid millions at 18% and then another $165k cashier's check AND we don't even know how much they have made people pay them as they pretended to be us. Before Covid we were busy traveling and shooting, these men who are supposed to be devout Mormons, one is a Bishop in Ladaera, California. This Bishop's name is Joshua Hunter and his father Daniel C. Hunter III (also a Mormon Bishop). You can Google them "Daniel C Hunter Mormon Bishop Laguna California fraud, prison". The other goes by Brad Cook, but his name is Michael, Bradley Cook or something similar. AND EVEN WORSE this attorney Timothy Ryan of The Ryan Firm (has been an attorney for 20-25 years ) and worked for one of the big banks which was making a killing before the bubble burst in 2008. So he is telling the court that a Robert Lechman Defined Benefit Pension Plan Trust owns our home 52% and Darice LLC ( a delaware company which has been forfeited from doing business in California since 2012 owns 40% (It looks like that is also Lechman or his wife) and 'lender" Genova owns 8% after they were paid 6 points $300k for loan origination, invoiced and we paid at 18% for aprx 3 + yrs $37,500 on $2M and they went through $700k in 40 days from our bank, plus whatever other collection companies have been talked into paying them. The Commissioner is also Mormon and went to Brighamn Young like Josh Hunter.

I can see on our title report, that they have also paid to see the report with Fidelity and Commmonwealth; Title companies they must have worked wiith So they KNOW per the detailed chain of title that they have literally zero ownership in our home and property.

Even if we had not paid more than owed, and they hadn't fabricated a chain of events whereas they were able to pocket money (pretending to be Malibu Media) and collecting on things. To make matters worse they are having our mortgage statements from Banc of California withheld from us, as well as our property tax statements.

And a Defined Benefit Trust can not even own real property or make a deal to own property with family or business partners. With all of the information in Our hands now it looks like these people Genova Capital Inc if you type in Genova Capital.com it goes to VintageCapital.com and they are the same people who own Big Air Franchise (a trampoline park) which allegedly the father had water parks and when he was indicted the money he stole went to his son Josh, wo now owns a trampoline park that used to be a water park. But its very scary, it seems Josh Hunter and Brad Cook made a proposal for an investment in our house, represented to us that they built high end homes and would partner on developing the lot next door to us. We did not call them, they found us. So it looks like we were targeted, probably because Mormons hate erotica/pornography and our home is expensive. Can you believe the Commissioner said to me (it's on the transcript) that even though title was an issue, she was going to say the Momon men had duly perfected title and order summary possession of our home to them. When they do not have title and we put it right in front of her and she didn't understand. They even had the statement of decision by Judge Kevin DeNoce sealed and redacted, since it made them look like they were trying to steal a $20M home for $125k (when they wwere paid $165k and not owed the $125k in the first place). It looks like all of these people Josh Hunter, Brad Cook and Timothy Ryan of the RYAN FIRM WITH Darice LLC (Donna Lechman) and Robert Lechman Defined Benefit Pension Plan are claiming to own our home and have possession.

The corrupt sheriff's of Ventura County (not all of the, but the one's where 8 of them with guns came into our home and looked through our things and wouldn't even let me get my things from my bedroom and told us to leave without a reason or paperwork. They said to ask the attorney why, as he filled out the eviction request for the landlord. Landlord? We OWN the PROPERTY! They had a file number, but said everything in it was shredded??

The underssheriff of Ventura County is a woman and I don't think she's aware of the corrupt goings on in the city of Malibu (Northern Malibu turns into Ventura County instead of LA). To top this all off (some of you know I ride horses. I had leased a farm to train my horses and spent so much money fixing it up. After a few years the mold in the foundation and the walls and the septic after the rain was coming up through the hardwood. I made a deal with the owner (who I later found out was convicted for treason for selling 55 military helicopters to North Korea and had just gotten in trouble with the FDA for swapping out samples. I thought the Mormons, being religious would be good people and hard workers. They were as bad as the felon Ronnie Semler (in his 70's of Malibu California) this man filed a UD claim on me months after I left (and owed nothing, he had a huge benefit and we had agreed) he dismissed the UD, If I had answered he would have been in trouble, then he filed another breach of contract for future rent about 6-7 months later (from 2016) he made sure I didn't find out and got a default judgement where he is trying to get $1M in future rent? Why would I have left if I would be sued? (this is also malicious prosecution).

And we had a ring camera on our door, the other day, the Mormons from Orange County and the Jewish Wine producer Ronniw Semler ( I have great, very religious Jewish friends, I love all people, I don't think the mormons and this man even like each other), he, who has multiple girlfriends and has been known to sell wine without permits.

They were enterering our home to take out our things and the two of them TOGETHER, they live 4 hours apart, different lawyers, different counties and all very twisted, different values and were together talking about what X-Art makes and how much they could get from us. It really makes me not like the USA or people very much and we want to be back in Europe.

That commissioner even said to me, well losing your home won't be as bad for you as for another person. But she's wrong,. We saved for 10 years, working 24 hours a day and have carried our home for 8 plus year, while I made it perfect. And they even ignored COVID. The lawyer for Genova filed a "motion for judgement on the pleadings" (which is basically asking the court to rule for them without any evidence or discovery).

Our lawyers were not inexpensive, but obviously did not understand to just show the title and prove we own the property and don't owe anything. Pick your advocates carefully evreyone and don't let people get your information. I was too trusting.

Can you imagine, my little dog of 19 years had just passed away 30 minutes before 8 armed sheriffs told us to leave on May 20th.

My birthday was May 25th and we haven't been back to our home since. It is still our primary residence, we are just scared of the lawyer saying that he will have us arrested if we go on the property. We don't think it's true.

But don't want to make any mistakes in court. We drove out of our home of 8 years with my yoga teacher who even has a lease (so should have had rights, if it was what they said) and the body of my dead pet.

I feel like I've fallen down the rabbit hole. Our attorney's seem to think it will all be sorted out. But we have been in a hotel for a month and today is Brig's birthday. Why do some people feel like anyone who works hard and has good fortune or even someone's misfortune is their right to take advantage of.

A whole group of men are in on this fraud. If we can get the court to just let us submit evidence I might have found the right attorney to help. Until then I'll be spending the entire night writing motions and complaints (because we can't let this extremly skilled attorney , who has foreclosed on thousands of homes *where the owners probably had a chance to save their home* and vintagecapital.com who bought notes from Chase by the 1000's and then evicted the borrowers and made huge returns, while leaving people homeless. I know we have been good people, so it will be ok. But after this I am going to get my law degree and work for the ACLU and the innnocence project and anyone who needs free legal help. Can you imagine that we would be considered privilegeded.

If they can do this to us, what about poeple who can't even afford a lawyer, or don't know their rights.

From now on, besides helping all of our girls and crew and producing content. And getting back to an update a day. I will be so grateful to be finished with these thieves I will give more of our funds (what we have left after this) and my time to people who need help. If nothing else, the feeling of losing of control of my own life has inspired a deeper compassion in me than ever.
